Tata MF files offer document for debt scheme

Mumbai , Feb. 17

TATA Mutual Fund has filed its offer document for launching Tata floater - long-term fund. This is an open-ended pure debt scheme, investing only in debt and money market instruments.

The scheme could invest 65 - 100 per cent of its corpus in floating rate debt instruments, including securitised debt and money market instruments.

Up to 35 per cent of the corpus can be invested in fixed rate debt securities, including securitised debt and money market instruments.

The scheme offers growth and dividend options, though is the dividend is less than Rs 500; it will be compulsorily reinvested, according to the offer document.

The minimum application amount for the fund is Rs 10,000.

The offer document is filed with the Securities and Exchange board of India.
