THE Union Cabinet today discussed the draft of the President's address to the joint sitting of Parliament on the opening day of the Budget session on February 25. The address is to be approved in the next Cabinet meeting scheduled this week.

The President's address would outline the Government policy on key issues for the coming fiscal.
