Geodesic bonus issue

MUMBAI: Geodesic Information Systems Ltd, a Mumbai-based messaging software firm, has informed the BSE that its board meeting, scheduled for Monday, will consider allotting 1:1 bonus shares to its shareholders as of February 25, as approved by the shareholders. The board will further consider allotment of equity shares to Girvan Holding LLC, a company co-founded by NASA, on conversion of warrants worth 40,000 shares, amounting to a 0.8-per cent stake. Girvan fosters and facilitates the creation and growth of high-technology businesses.
