Integrated township coming up in Bangalore

BANGALORE: Two leading real estate companies announced the launch of new projects, which they claimed were unique in the city. Prestige Estates Projects (P) Ltd, would be developing a fully integrated township on a 105-acre area in the new magnet, Whitefield. The project will be implemented in association with Mr D.K. Audikesavulu, Managing Director of Chaitanya Properties Pvt Ltd.

The township will feature residential towers housing 55,000-60,000 occupants, a high-end shopping mall, a five-screen multiplex, convention centres and a five-star hotel. It will also have Bangalore's World Trade Centre. Besides, the structures, the complex would have a vast green belt, indoor games facilities, ATM, library and a coffee shop.

The other project is being promoted by Purvankara and draws its attraction from its proposal to provide more than 80 per cent open space, boasting of European ambiance. The complex will have 1,200 apartments to be built at a cost of Rs 500 crore.
