Behuria takes over as IOC Chairman

NEW DELHI: Mr Sarthak Behuria has assumed office as Chairman, Indian Oil Corporation Ltd (IOC). He takes over from Mr M. S. Ramachandran, who superannuated on Monday, an IOC release said here.

Mr Behuria was earlier the Chairman and Managing Director of Bharat Petroleum Corporation Ltd. Mr Behuria will also be the part-time Chairman of the IndianOil Group Companies, namely, Chennai Petroleum Corporation Ltd, IBP, Bongaigaon Refinery and Petrochemicals Ltd, besides Indian Oiltanking Ltd, a joint venture company. Mr Behuria will continue to be the Chairman of the Petroleum Federation of India.
