Alliance Housing offers warranty

Our Bureau

Bangalore , March 2

REAL estate developer Alliance Housing has said it will offer warranties for its housing project near Bangalore.

The Alliance Housing Managing Director, Mr Manoj Namburu, told newspersons on Wednesday that the company has offered a year's warranty for its housing project, `10 Downing' at Whitefield near Bangalore. "Because of this unique offer, we have already sold half of 175 luxury villas which are being built there," Mr Namburu said.

The one-year warranty covers structural defects, sanitary fittings, hardware, electrical wiring, switches, paint and plumbing.

He said the villas are spread over 20.5 acres, with nearly 75 per cent of the total area being left out for open space. Customers can choose any of the seven designs available for their villa or even design their own villa, he said.
