MUMBAI: PSI Data Systems Ltd has informed the BSE that Mr Sampath Iyengar has been appointed as Chief Executive Officer of the company. Mr Iyengar, a former Chairman and CEO of Foundation Software group headquartered in USA, has over 20 years of global experience in the IT industry. He has held positions in leadership, strategy, market development, IT consulting and software development.

He was also Senior Advisor to ITSMA, an international strategic consulting and best practices firm.
