CHENNAI: California Software Co Ltd has informed the stock exchanges that its board of directors has approved issue of 1.60 lakh equity shares of Rs 10 each on preferential basis to shareholders of Web Spectrum Software Pvt Ltd, Bangalore.

The company will seek shareholders' approval at an extraordinary general meeting to be convened for this purpose.
