NEW DELHI: The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet has approved the appointment of Mr K. Mohandas as Additional Secretary, Department of Revenue.

It has appointed Mr S.N Jha, currently in the cadre, as Director-General of Supplies and Disposals, Department of Commerce, in the rank and pay of Additional Secretary. Ms Rita Sharma has been appointed as Additional Secretary and Financial Advisor, Department of Agriculture Research and Education, while Ms S. Jalaja is Additional Secretary, Ministry of Health and Family Welfare.
