THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The Industries Minister, Mr V.K. Ibrahim Kunju, has said that the draft Bill for setting up the Traditional Industries Support Fund is ready.

Responding to a calling attention motion in the State Assembly on Friday, the Industries Minister said the Bill had been sent to the Finance Department for scrutiny. Various departments have been implementing projects for the benefit of the traditional industrial sector already. With the commissioning of the Support Fund, the Industries Department will begin focused work in the area, he added.
