Lottery Bill in current session

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The Finance Minister, Mr Vakkom Purushothaman, has said that the State Government will try to bring forward the Lottery Bill during the current session of the State Assembly itself.

The Finance Minister said this while replying to a submission by the Leader of the Opposition, Mr V.S. Achuthanandan, on Friday. The matter will be placed for discussion at the meeting of the Business Advisory Committee slated for Wednesday and a decision taken, he added.
