IT Training Aptech ties up with UK varsity Our Bureau
Mumbai , March 8 THE University of Sunderland, UK, has announced a partnership with Aptech Ltd. The joint agreement, signed in Mumbai, would allow students of the Aptech Certified Computer Professional (ACCP) Higher National Diploma in Computing provided by Aptech Ltd Worldwide to `top up' their qualification to a BSc (Hons) Computer Studies from the University of Sunderland. The `top up' option will also be available with a year's study at Aptech's centre in Chennai. Students who successfully complete the HND will also have the option of directly joining the final year of the BSc (Hons) Computer Studies at the UK University. However, doing the course at Chennai will cost a third of what it is in the UK. According to Dr Keith Brown, Director, International Office, University of Sunderland, the university does a due diligence on financial, legal and quality aspects of potential partners.
