A great injustice

In removing standard deductions, the Finance Minister has done great injustice to the salaried class and pensioners.

The business class, on the other hand, enjoys the benefits of depreciation on vehicles, official travel expenses and the like.

But the salaried class bears the tax burden and continues to live with it.
