Interventional launches stent

BANGALORE: Interventional Technologies P Ltd has launched its drug eluting stent. The stent, COSTAR, has been devised for use in minimal invasive interventions for coronary angioplasty. The company said the stent has been clinically tested in Europe and in four Indian hospitals, including Wockhardt Hospital, Bangalore. The stent has been developed by Conor Medsystems of the US.
