MANGALORE: The Mangalore division of Indian Oil Corporation Ltd (IOCL) has launched `Xtracare' retail outlet at Vishnu Enterprises at Panambur in Mangalore.

Three outlets in Mangalore city, two each in Udupi and Shimoga districts and one in Hassan district are identified as `Xtracare' outlets, according to an IOCL release here.
