Software Virinchi Tech bags Saudi order Our Bureau
HYDERABAD: Virinchi Technologies Ltd, an e-business collaboration solutions provider, has announced that the $5-billion Saudi Telecom Company (STC), the largest telecommunications provider in Saudi Arabia, has selected Virinchi to provide automated vendor management solutions. This solution is intended to maximise the efficiency and effectiveness of the procurement process in general and vendor management process in particular. It will help STC streamline the procurement and contracting of assets, supplies, material, services and works. The Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Virinchi, Mr Viswananth Kompella, in a statement said the Saudi Telecom win reaffirms Virinchi's strategic focus on the West Asian region. The solution enables STC to set up new vendors quickly, collaborate with vendors electronically and create scorecards for qualifying, selecting and evaluating vendors.
