CII session on VAT in Thiruvananthapuram

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) is organising a session on the `implementation and working of Value Added Tax (VAT)' in the city on Friday.

According to a CII press release, Mr V. Somasundaram, Commissioner, Commercial Taxes, Government of Kerala, will participate in the meeting that is to be held at Hotel Residency Tower. The session will focus on the `Kerala VAT Rules 2005' and will also include presentations by experts followed by a discussion
