IOB board okays GDR issue

Chennai , March 10

INDIAN Overseas Bank has informed the BSE that the board of directors of the bank, in its meeting held on Thursday, has considered the agenda of raising of equity capital overseas and listing them in overseas exchanges.

It has also approved the proposal subject to obtaining necessary approvals from the appropriate authorities.
