Broadband service launched in Visakhapatnam

VISAKHAPATNAM: Interactive Infotainment Private Ltd, a Vizag-based company, launched broadband services here on Friday.

At a press meet on the occasion, Mr K. Vijaya Kumar, the Managing Director, said the company would start its operations next week in Hyderabad and would later expand to all the important cities and towns in the State.

"We hope to cover all the important places such as Vijayawada, Guntur, Kakinada, Rajahmundry, Warangal and Tirupati in a year or so," he said. The company had invested Rs 6 crore here in laying the optical fibre cable, he added.
