CNBC plans to hold investor camps

AIMED at educating investors to manage their investments effectively in view of the bullish stock markets and the recent Budget implications, CNBC-TV18 plans to hold investor camps across the country during this year, covering the leading metros and mini-metros.

Disclosing this here on Saturday, the CNBC-TV18 Chief Executive Officer, Mr Haresh Chawla, said the endeavour will be to provide forums for direct interactions with retail investors, industry experts, academicians, practitioners and representatives of regulatory bodies for investment education and advice.

Well-known speakers who participated in the first-ever investor camp at Hyderabad include Mr Ramesh Damani, member of BSE, Mr Raamdeo Agrawal, Managing Director of Motilal Oswal Securities, Mr Gul Teckchandani, Chief Investment Officer of Sun F&C, Mr Ashok Mittal of Sharekhan and Mr Sathyan Rajan, Director of Networth Stock Broking.
