The Hindu Business Line : Olympia Tech Park order

CHENNAI: The civil engineering contract for Olympia Technology Park, promoted by Eveready Industries India Ltd and Khivraj Tech Park Pvt Ltd, has been awarded to the Chennai-based Consolidated Construction Consortium Ltd.

The project covering 8.4 acres is coming up inside the Guindy Industrial Estate at the cost of Rs 220 crore. The first phase, estimated to cost about Rs 100 crore, would be fitted out by September and ready by November, Mr Ajit Chordia, Director, Khivraj Tech Park Ltd, said.
