A ship-horn on display at a curio shop in Mattanchery near Kochi. A cluster of shops selling antique items here caters to an enthusiastic clientele of collectors. Some shops even offer exclusive `marine products' that include parts of drowned ships and old fishing equipment such as quaint nets, and replicas of vintage boats. Most of these items find ready customers and are sometimes auctioned off.
