Max NY Life ties up with Kalupur Bank

MAX New York Life has entered into a bancassurance deal with city-based Kalupur Commercial Cooperative Bank for selling the company's life insurance products.

Kalupur Bank, the third largest cooperative sector bank in the country, will offer Max New York's products across its 28 branches in Gujarat and Mumbai. The bank has 21 branches in Ahmedabad alone and is one of the dominant players in the State.

"We believe that cooperative banks, with their geographical focus, have strong customer relationships. We have a bancassurance deal with the Thane Cooperative Bank — " Mr Rajesh Sud, Director, Max New York Life, told presspersons.
