Customer First to offer services to Apollo Group

CUSTOMER First Services, a Bangalore-based call centre, has announced that it has bagged a contract from the Apollo Group of Hospitals to handle their call centre operations across India, through a specific toll free number, proposed to be termed as "Apollo Doctors".

It would cater to information dissemination, resolution of customer queries on various plans launched, coordinating customer requirements with Apollo Hospitals, e-marketing/e-mail management and scheduling of appointments. It would also cater to the emergency services, in certain locations.

Announcing the contract, Mr Sandip Sen, CEO, said with this tie-up Customer First Services has entered yet another sector. It is currently providing call centre services to telecom and financial services companies.
