HYDERABAD: Mr K.V. Rao has been posted as Principal Secretary in the newly created Infrastructure and Investment Department. He is currently Commissioner of Industrial Promotion in the Industries and Commerce Department.

Ms D. Lakshmi Parthasarathy, who is currently Principal Secretary, Youth Affairs, will replace Mr Rao in the Industries Department, according to an official release.
