Hiranandani Developers to foray into Dubai

Vimala Vasan

Abu Dhabi , March 24

HIRANANDANI Developers is foraying into Dubai by teaming up with ETA Star to build a 90-storey edifice — 23 Marina.

The joint venture Hircon LLC will build the 380-metre high tower, according to local media reports.

"The ETA-ASCON Group has been bringing expertise in construction and project management to the United Arab Emirates for over three decades," said Mr Abid A. Junaid, Executive Director, ETA Starproperties.

"The company was constantly looking for ways to leverage its expertise, and, as a result, a new company ETA Star Property Developers was formed to focus on freehold property development in Dubai's booming real estate market," he said.

The project will be located in Dubai Marina quay. There are 26 storeys of duplex apartments each with a private plunge pool. This concept is a first in Dubai.

"I foresee Dubai being the Monte Carlo of the world in a few years and our development has been designed to cater to that kind of clientele. We believe that representing India in Dubai at this juncture is the beginning of an experiment to build better communities beyond India's borders," said Mr Darshan Hiranandani, Director of HIRCON.

23 Marina has 48 exclusive duplex apartments on the top floors of the 90-storey tower.
