Strategy Radical sets up shop in India Our Bureau
New Delhi , March 25 IN a bid to tap the expanding market for video games in India, the US-based Radical Entertainment Inc is setting up a game development studio here. The company's initial focus will be on the cell-phone platform to create games and other entertainment content. Mr Jay Balakrishnan, Executive Producer, said: "India's mobile gaming market is expected to touch $336 million revenues by 2009. We are looking at developing mobile games for the domestic market as well as supplement our overseas activities." The company has signed an alliance with the Shekhar Kapur-promoted Intent.
