HYDERABAD: Shri Shakti LPG Ltd informed bourses on Monday that an extraordinary general meeting of its shareholders would be held on Wednesday.

This is to authorise the board to deal, negotiate, lease and dispose off one or more of the assets of the company situated at Kakinada in Andhra Pradesh.
