Letters Promoting better relations
Some of the officers in public sectors misuse their power against their subordinates. To maintain cordial relations between the officers and subordinates, the government should introduce a new polling system that will include the subordinate's grading of the officers under which they have worked. In education institutions, student feedback should be regularly collected. Such information will also help in determining the attitude of the officer in question. V.
