Customer Relationship Management `Gold certification' for Accenture centre Our Bureau
BANGALORE: Accenture's Bangalore customer contact centre has got the `Gold certification' by Customer Operations Performance Centre, a company release said here.The company's Bangalore unit is the first such centre in the world to earn the certification from COPC. QAI India, COPC's local partner did the audit and COPC awarded the Gold Standard for meeting the requirements detailed for customer service providers, according to the release.
