Kerala: Pay attestation fee in cash

Our Bureau

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The fee for attestation of certificates of job aspirants abroad in the three regional centres set up by the Department of Non-Resident Keralites Welfare (Norka) will henceforth be accepted in cash.

An official spokesman said here that the fee would be payable at Rs 50 for a certificate. The change in mode of payment has been occasioned by the fact that the present system of remitting the fee in the treasury and presenting the challan receipt is causing difficulties to employment seekers in overseas destinations.
