Huawei, HFCL Info in pact

BANGALORE: Huawei Technologies has signed a three year cooperation framework agreement with HFCL Infotel Ltd to supply Huawei's latest telecom solutions, including CDMA network and terminal, fixed network solutions, IN solutions and optical transmission solutions, for expansion of HFCL Infotel's telecom services in India.

The contract, valued at approximately $70 million, was signed by Mr Chen Lian, COO of Huawei Telecommunications (India), and Mr Surendra Lunia, CEO of HFCL Infotel , during the meeting conducted by FICCI and CCPIT (China Council for the Promotion of International Trade) in New Delhi, the company said in a press release.
