Bangalore , April 12 VMOKSHA Technologies hopes that being acquired will lead to larger engagements, credibility and visibility with more profitable clients. "We are yet to discuss the integration of the two companies but for now, vMoksha will continue as an entity," said Mr Pawan Kumar, Chairman and CEO. "We needed investments revenues have stayed flat in the last year as a consequence, Mr Pawan Kumar said, adding that while Helios had strong marketing and onsite presence, vMoksha had very good delivery and process maturity. Together the two companies can increase the size of engagements with existing customers as well look to service larger customers who usually look for firms with at least 1,000 people to outsource work to, "Mr Kumar said. Mr Pawan Kumar said he would continue his role of CEO for at least three years.
