Nutech Solar eyes export market

Our Bureau

Bangalore , April 19

NUTECH Solar Systems has set its eyes on the export market. It has launched a new solar water heater with vacuum tubes technology, which, according to the Managing Director, Mr Surendra Kumar, is more efficient and cost-effective.

He said the product has huge demand in Indonesia, Australia, the US and parts of West Asia. The company hopes to make a breakthrough in its efforts to ship the vacuum tube collector solar water heater to West Asia in its initial export foray. The company expects to net Rs 1 crore from the export market, enhancing its overall turnover to Rs 11 crore during the current fiscal.

With its own design and manufacturing capabilities, Nutech hopes to increase its exports, apart from building on its existing domestic sales.

The company's various models include heat exchanger and flat plate collector.
