Kerala lottery sellers seek help

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The Lottery Vyapari, Agents and Sellers Association has requested the State Government that hapless families of lottery ticket sellers who had committed suicide in the wake of the lottery ban be provided with immediate help.

This request was made at a meeting of the association held here on Wednesday in which identity cards were given to members.

The meeting also resolved to submit a memorandum to the State Government listing the association's various demands. Mr R. Satheesh Kumar, President of the Association, inaugurated the meeting.
