Hyderabad , April 21

IN its efforts to provide drinking water without the harmful fluorides, the Federation of Andhra Pradesh Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FAPCCI) has completed the second defluoridation plant at Chinnakandukur village in Nalgonda district.

The plant donated by Tata Projects, a member of FAPCCI, will be commissioned on Friday by the State Home Minister, Mr K. Jana Reddy.

FAPCCI has plans to facilitate supply of potable and softened drinking water by installing defluoridated plants in districts affected by the fluoride problem. This effort has been initiated with the help of its members as a part of its corporate social responsibility.
