Raymond on the lookout for designers for brand `Be'

New Delhi , April 22

RAYMOND Ltd, is on the look out for more designers to include in its `Corporatisation' of designer wear brand `Be' at the ongoing India Fashion Week.

Besides incorporating designs by well-known designers such as Rohit Bal, Manish Arora, Wendell Rodricks, Krishna Mehta among others in the collection, this spring-summer season will see latest additions by London-based designer Gurcharan Das and in-house designer Varun Bahl.

The Be brand's USP, according to the company, lies in addressing the value for money ready-to-wear Pret market and at the same time using its corporate strength in marketing and retailing to benefit.

Raymond's Be retail stores are also in expansion mode. Right now there are 15 across the country and one in Dubai. The chain is looking to spread across more cities and other countries shortly. Every year it is one of the largest buyers at the India Fashion Week.
