The Hindu Business Line : Dr Reddy's pact with Pharmascience

DR Reddy's Laboratories Ltd has entered into a strategic alliance with Pharmascience Group for multi-product development and marketing of generic products in Canada.

In a communication to stock exchanges, Dr Reddy's said it has entered into an agreement to develop, manufacture and commercialise 11 generic pharmaceutical products for the Canadian marketplace.

Under the terms of the agreement, Dr Reddy's and the Pharmascience Group would share the costs and benefits associated with the commercialisation of the products.
