Textiles VTM net up, to pay Rs 5.50 Our Bureau
COIMBATORE: VTM Ltd, formerly Virudhunagar Textile Mills Ltd and a member of the Madurai-based Thiagarajar group, has recorded a turnover of Rs 113 crore for the year ended March 31, 2005, a rise of 3.5 per cent compared to Rs 109.13 crore turnover in the previous year. Its exports during the fiscal has gone up to Rs 85.27 crore as against the previous year's level of Rs 76.73 crore. The company's net profit has gone up to Rs 6.36 crore as against previous year's net of Rs 5.49 crore. The board of directors of VTM Ltd has declared a dividend of Rs 5.50 per share for the equity holders for the year 2004-05.
