MAA Group launches academy for communications

MAA Group, pioneers in integrated marketing communications, has launched a training academy, Innergy Professional Academy (IPA), which would impart quality training in the field of marketing communication.

The Academy promoted by MAA Foundation will offer both undergraduate and post-graduate courses in advertising & marketing communication and corporate communication. The academic sessions will start from August.

MAA Group spans the entire gamut of communications with specialised companies covering brand and corporate advertising, healthcare advertising, retail solution and direct marketing.

IPA will draw on the knowledge and experience of its group companies in creating the marketing communications academy in the country. It will offer a close involvement with the industry in developing the courses and training students. It will also conduct summer training in the precincts of leading advertising agencies and marketing communications companies.

Leading professionals like Mr Harish Bijoor, eminent Marketing Consultant, Mr Stanley Pinto, veteran advertising professional, Mr Prahalad Kakkar, prominent commercials filmmaker, and Mr Prasad Bidapa, renowned fashion guru, would provide faculty resources for IPA.
