Coimbatore , April 27

A KOREAN fabric display centre, which will offer a permanent platform for the garment producers seeking out on sourcing imported textile fabrics from Korea, has been inaugurated in Tirupur on Wednesday.

The fabric display centre, an outcome of an MoU signed between the Korea Federation of Textile Industries and the Tirupur-based South India Hosiery Manufacturers Association (SIHMA), will showcase the samples of new fabric designs, mostly the synthetic/man-made fibre-based, produced by the members of the Korean textile industry.

The centre will display the samples supplied by 40-odd Korean textile companies.
