MosChip completes $7.3-m GDR issue

HYDERABAD: MosChip Semiconductor Technology Ltd has informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that it has has completed the offering of 45.54 lakh global depository receipts (GDRs) priced $1.60 a GDR, representing 91.07 lakh equity shares of a nominal value of Rs 10 each.

Each GDR represents two equity shares of a nominal value of Rs 10 per equity share. The company has raised $7.3 million through this GDR offering.

Further, the company has issued and allotted 91.07 lakh equity shares of Rs 10 each in favour of the depository, Deutsche Bank Trust Company Americas, being the underlying equity shares. - - Our Bureau
