Purwar to head IBA

MUMBAI: Mr A. K. Purwar, Chairman, State Bank of India, has been appointed as the Chairman, Indian Banks' Association (IBA). Mr Purwar succeeds Mr P. S. Shenoy, Chairman and Managing Director, Bank of Baroda, who retired recently, said a press release.
