Tera Soft wins Kerala project

HYDERABAD: Tera Software Ltd, the Hyderabad-based software solutions and services company, has announced that it has signed an agreement with the Electronics Corporation of India Ltd to implement the e-governance project of the Motor Vehicles Department, Kerala.

In a release to stock exchanges, the company said the value of the order was Rs 48 crore. To part-finance the project, the company plans to issue share warrants. The company said it is holding an extraordinary general meeting of its shareholders on May 20 to seek their consent for the proposed issue of share warrants.
