Preferential Allotments Innosoft members okay pref offer Our Bureau
HYDERABAD: The shareholders of Innosoft Technologies Ltd at the extraordinary general meeting held on Saturday have approved the issue of 11.5-lakh equity shares of Rs 10 each at a premium of Rs 15 per share to Ms Swarnalatha Bandla of the US on a preferential allotment basis. Following this, the company has decided to hold its board meeting on May 7 to consider allotment of shares to Ms Swarnalatha, the company informed the stock exchanges.
