THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Authorised Indane (LPG from Indian Oil Corporation) distributor, K. R. Agencies, based at Kaimanam here, has introduced an Interactive Voice Responding System (IVRS) for refill booking.

Announcing this here, a dealer spokesman said consumers could call (0471) 2492401 between 6 a.m. and 8 p.m. and book their refills on line. This is being introduced a customer-friendly initiative that promises hassle-free bookings, which also obviates the need for crowding before counters at the dealer's place.
