Kerala Kudumbasree milestone

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Kudumbasree, the poverty alleviation programme of the State Government, has crossed a major milestone with credit disbursed by it among neighbourhood groups exceeding Rs 1,000 crore.

The Minister for Local-Self Government, Mr K. Kutty Ahmed Kutty, said that the total deposits mobilised so far was Rs 473.57 crore.
