Farmers asked to register

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Farmers interested in marketing paddy through the State Civil Supplies Corporation (Supplyco) have been asked to register by furnishing names and other details latest by May 10.

An official spokesman said here that the requisite formats are available with the Supplyco outlets at Maveli, Labham and Sabari supermarket outlets and respective taluk supply offices.

Duly filled in applications must be sent to the Additional General Manager (Commerce), Civil Supplies Corporation, Maveli Bhavan, Maveli Road, Gandhi Nagar, Kochi - 682020 or the zonal offices in Thiruvananthapuram, Kottayam, Ernakulam, Palakkad and Kozhikode, the spokesman added.
