Karnataka Bank opens office in Kolkata

Mangalore , May 2

KARNATAKA Bank Ltd opened its 382nd branch in the country at Salt Lake in Kolkata recently.

A bank release said here on Monday that Mr N.K. Maity, Special Secretary, Finance Department, Government of West Bengal, inaugurated the branch. He called upon the bank to give more thrust to rural areas.

Mr A.R. Bardhan, Secretary of Kolkata Metropolitan Development Authority, inaugurated the ATM.

Mr Ananthakrishna, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, highlighted the services being rendered by the bank, the release added.
