BHAGYANAGAR Metals Ltd has suffered a marginal fall both in turnover and net profit for the fourth quarter of the fiscal ended March 2005.

While the turnover has dipped to Rs 33.9 crore from Rs 48.6 crore in the same quarter of previous fiscal, the company recorded a fall in net profit at Rs 7.27 crore (Rs 7.31 crore).

However, for the fiscal ended March 2005, the turnover has improved to Rs 169.27 crore from Rs 101.18 crore, while the net profit rose to Rs 26.96 crore (Rs 9.43 crore). The board has recommended a dividend of 25 per cent for the year.
